Digital signage for restaurants

Menu boards that keep up with your service. Change a price, swap a menu, or run a promotion — from your phone, across every screen you have.

What makes restaurant screens hard

Menu boards are not a set-and-forget install. They change with the day, the season and the supplier — and usually nobody on shift is technical.

Prices move more than anyone expects

Costs change, and a printed board means either reprinting or a sticker over the old price.

The menu is not the same all day

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are different boards, and someone has to change them at the right moment.

Whoever is on shift has to be able to do it

If updating a board needs the one person who knows how, the board stops getting updated.

More sites means the same job repeated

Every location doing its own version of the same update is how menus drift apart between sites.

How it works in your restaurant

The same three steps, in a room that is already busy.

  1. 01

    Upload your board

Put the menu image or video into your library once.

  2. 02

    Choose the screens

Send it to the counter screens, one location, or every site you run.

  3. 03

    Publish

The screens pick it up themselves. Nobody has to go and touch a TV.

Daypart menus

Breakfast, lunch and dinner boards that change themselves at the times you set.

Promotions and specials

Run a special for as long as it lasts, then have the board go back on its own.

Several screens, one update

Change a price once and have every board showing it update, rather than editing each one.

Keeps serving through an outage

If the connection drops mid-service the boards keep showing the current menu instead of going blank.

Restaurant questions

Do I need a special TV?
That is the plan — ordinary screens with an inexpensive player, rather than dedicated signage hardware. Screen support is not available yet; the features page lists what is live today.
Can my staff update the menu without breaking anything?
Yes. Roles are already available today: you can invite someone as a content manager so they can handle menus without being able to change your team or your plan.
What happens if the internet goes down mid-service?
The design goal is that a screen keeps showing the menu it already has rather than going blank. This is part of the player work, which is not shipped yet.
Can I run several locations from one place?
One organization covers your whole business, and you can already invite your team into it. Publishing to multiple locations arrives with the screens work.
